We arrive at a family-run estate for lunch on the terrace: salumi, pecorino, fresh pasta and a guided tasting of three of their best labels.
The afternoon belongs to the quieter roads. Radda is small, quiet, perfectly preserved. A short walk and a coffee under the loggia.
